Brice Gasser is a third-generation Realtor with deep roots in Owensboro, KY—his family legacy includes the iconic local business “Dizzy Dave’s,” once run by his great-grandfather. From an early age, Brice gravitated toward real estate, driven by a passion for homes, people, and the art of making deals.
Raised in Louisville, Brice brings a bold entrepreneurial spirit to everything he does. He founded and hosted large-scale music festivals in the city, drawing thousands of attendees per event. That success helped fuel his earliest investments in real estate, setting the foundation for his career.
Brice studied at the University of Kentucky before transitioning into pharmaceutical sales in the equine industry, working major horse shows across the country. There, he mastered the core disciplines of high-stakes sales, strategic marketing, and world-class client service.
Today, Brice is not only a full-time Realtor—he’s also a branch manager for one of the nation’s top short-term rental agencies. He has a passion for helping clients maximize returns through vacation rentals, investment properties, and smart design. He’s helped sellers net top dollar through effective staging and social media exposure, built income-generating portfolios for investors, and guided buyers through every detail of finding their perfect home.
